      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez accesso (Singapour) en sept. 2023

      Entretien

      Two rounds of interview, first one video call for some brief introduction and a second more in-depth face-to-face interview. During this second interview, I found out a lot of issues with the company. Note that this interview is for VGS Singapore which was acquired by accesso, rebranded as accesso Horizon. Firstly, turnover rate seems pretty high. Some of the reasons given are high workload, stress, even internal conflicts / bullying. I was told of stories such as blocking colleagues on Teams. There seems to be minimal work-life balance, which seems to be against what I read on accesso's website which says they prioritize work-life balance. This is when I found out that accesso typically do not touch the companies they acquire much. Regardless, I was offered the role a few days later based on my expected salary, however, I told them if I can negotiate for a 9% increase (due to circumstances change with other interviews I was having), and also indicated that I am flexible and willing to find a solution that works for both of us (these were the exact words I used). Now, I am totally ready to accept a hard no as the answer in the end in regards to the increase in salary, but the reply I got afterwards was that the company can't meet my job expectations in terms of progression and remuneration (implying that there's hardly any progression or afraid that I will ask for more when its performance review time) and rescinded the offer entirely. When I emailed again to clarify, I received no response. Extremely unprofessional behavior, and you can judge for yourself what kind of company this is.
