Entretien
1 HR Screening Round - Nothing complicated, they just want to understand your background
1- Technical round (45min) - I could go upto this stage only. Its not difficult, mostly about what you did, focus on architecture, system design
2- They will share an online test, maybe apti - I did not move to this round
3- Deep technical round - I did move to this round
4- HR offer round - I did move to this round
The HR, the interviewer are all super nice, they treated interview like a conversation. I think it's a nice org to join at this stage when it's setting up its office in Pune, India.

Entretien
They first asked to design a solution for there CI/CD pipeline and email it. Thereafter they went into a discussion. Thereafter following up contantly with HR and he is neither responding to my sms nor calls. He usually replies with "I will call you back". The time never came when he called me back. This is a trick to socialize their company etc. Non-professional people, no etiquetes.
