Entretien
I was contacted by the Sales Director. He invited me to a personal interview. The interview lasted an hour and a half. He was very nice and said that I would fit into the two positions they had open. He said he'd be in touch to talk about next steps. Right after the interview, I filled out some forms. After 10 days I emailed the Director and HR and no one answered me. It is been already more than 1 month ago and I’ve sent 3 emails and also message via Linkedin and nobody answers me. The experience has been awful.

Entretien
I applied mid October and received a response to interview with a recruiter about three weeks after. I did the initial screening with the recruiter and went through three additional interviews with the team manager, another manager, then the VP. It was almost Thanksgiving so they let me know it may be a little while before I hear back but to stay in touch with the recruiter to let her know if I have an offer from another company or to check in on the progress. The recruiter made no effort to contact me with updates. After two weeks I notified her that I had an offer from another company and was hoping for an answer from her on where I stand. She had no urgency to get back or provide me with any insight on my standing. She replies with you’re still being considered. This isn’t helpful when I am in communication with other companies and need to value their time, and my own. Another week goes by so I follow up once more and get told at the very end of the day that they are pursuing other candidates. After 4 interviews, no feedback, no appreciation of my time. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY. If this is any indicator on how they value and respect their employees it is not worth that hassle. Remember that it’s a two way street and that they should respect your time just as much as your respect theres.
