J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zuora (Foster City, CA)
Entretien
Initial call with the recruiter, follow-up call with the hiring manager, on-site interview with the team, follow-up on-site to meet the hiring manager and their manager. Overall the process was straight-forward. The team, recruiter, and hiring manager were all professional, pleasant, and easy to engage with. The hiring manager was open to follow-up questions and emails and did not make me feel like I was asking for too much.

Question 1
How would you handle a situation where your customer was upset about a certain situation (can't remember specifically)
a recruter called to get to know better about the candidate
the negative point is that the call was not scheduled and some of the questions needed preparation such as why did you decided to apply for zuora.
First HR then 2 CS directors (different interviews) over zoom. One of the directors was not too engaging. There is a third interview where they give you a presentation but I did not make it

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zuora (Boston, MA) en juil. 2016

I was initially contacted by a Zuora HR representative and screened for the role via a phone call. The next step in the process was a call with the hiring manager and finally an in person group interview onsite with several members of the team I would be dealing with.

Question 1
For each of the interview steps I was asked to describe the role I was currently in and about my work history based on the interviewers focus and background. At each step in the process the hr side of the house kept me in the loop as to the process. The best hiring experience I've ever been through.
