Submitted my resume online on Saturday and got a call at 9am Monday from an internal recruiter from Zuora. She was extremely professional and made constructive suggestions on how to improve my resume. I had a phone interview that Thursday with the VP Sales of Emerging Markets. After that, I made the cut for a one on one interview the following Thursday with him and Dir Sales. They were all all great people. Very focused and sharp. In the one-on-one interview you should be prepared to recount your current sales methodology and map that to what they do at Zuora. For instance, in the Emerging Accounts group they appear to have the salespeople manage the entire sales process via phone and web meetings and, if needed, let the senior guys seal the deal with a face to face meeting. My background was not an ideal fit for that kind of short sales cylce (60 -90 days) with smaller companies and I did not make the cut for final interviews with the company President. However, this felt like a good company and they appear to be headed for a bright future.

Pretty short process 4 interviews total that were all straightforward. Thought the hiring team was knowledgable and certainly cared about my well being. Definitely seemed like they wanted to ensure a good mutual fit

Screening calls, they fly you out to CA for on site interviews, meeting with leadership team, offer.... I did not accept the offer. They have gone through an army of AEs over the last few years.

Recriuter reach out via Linkedin. After initial screening call with recruiter, in person with hiring mgr followed by interview with Sales leadership. Final meeting with Sales Ops lead to review comp package then offer from recruiter
