A screening call was scheduled but then they wanted to reschedule to the next day. I confirmed - the next day came and they ghosted and didn't call me. Very disappointing experience as I liked Zumper as a company, but this practice is inexcusable. It takes 5 seconds to write an email letting me know you are no longer interested.
