J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zul Rafique & Partners (Kuala Lumpur)

Application sent via email, contacted by HR/Admin then physical interview at their office. The firm has one dedicated associate to handle recruitment (a bit odd for a big firm).
On the day, had to fill up a very long personality test which apparently to determine whether you would be fit for the position.
Then interview session with the hiring partner. The partner was nice and we discussed my experience and previous works. In fact the partner told me that he/she aware of my work and said it was good.
The partner then called her team members to introduce them to me (good sign right?!). Then he/she informed that i’ll be contacted if i am shortlisted for second interview. It looked good then.
The next day, the HR/Admin Associate called and asked about my high school results (another odd experience. Mind you, it was not for an entry-level position. I already have 5 years experience then).
Few days after that, i followed up via email and was informed that i was unsuccessful.

Professional partners with the HR admin in the interview as well. Welcoming and no hard questions, basically asking about yourself and no law related questions were asked. However, the application is kinda long as they get to know you better.
