Contacted within 3 days of direct application by recruiter, pre-screen interview, then hiring manager and two peers. I was kept updated on progress throughout the process and while I got no feedback as to why I did not progress at least the feedback that I had not was prompt.

Absolutely horrible experience. Everyone in the industry knew how bad they are but from I ignored the reviews and went ahead and it is as bad as everyone says. Literally they have no idea how to interview people, couldn’t provide feedback within 2 weeks and then blamed a software glitch and said they were waiting for myself to continue the process (I had withdrawn by then). Worst experience I’ve had in nearly 20 years.
