Of the 5 calls they scheduled with me, only one happened at the time set. In the two or three weeks I was in process with them I was assigned to 4 recruiters. The last call I took, 30 minutes late, was my second conversation with the hiring manger, but she was told it was an initial screening. I'm not interested in working for a company that seems to have so little respect for my time.
