The interviews involved more interesting discussion-based problem solving/slight probing into thought processes rather than any more basic (but common) Q&A direct testing of knowledge. No coding was involved during the interview process.

2 Online Assessment
3 Technical Interviews, After clearing all 3 rounds and discussing compensation with HR they rejected me saying my online coding skills were not upto the mark based on my performance in first round irrespective of the fact i was able to solve the coding questions in the next 2 rounds.
I first got the online assessment and passed it. Then I had a phone call with an HR person who informally scheduled a video conference interview with me on the phone but never got back to me after the phone call. I wasn’t sure what happened there. I think at least they should reply to my email and tell me what’s going on.
