applied via website, got contacted via email to schedule telephone chat with recruiter about experience and skills...same evening got a feedback to proceed to next stage with some managers and a simple test to see how you can respond to customers (total 1.5-2hrs).Second interview stage is role based and about your values. Got a feedback next day with an offer.

I will say the best interview process i have seen so far, had interview with two of managers and then another round with senior manager. The whole time it was ensured by interviewers that I am comfortable and it seem like we are just discussing about how a daily activity or a regular day looks like in Collection & Recoveries. The best interview experience I had ever.. I was nervous in start but everyone was so good and the whole interview was planned in such a way that no one will be nervous.
