The interviews felt practical and reflective, with a strong focus on how you think, communicate, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver impact. The SQL assessment was fair and relevant to real-world analytics work. Feedback: I really appreciated receiving timely, constructive feedback and the chance to discuss it. That's rare and speaks well of the team’s respect for candidates’ time and care about candidate growth regardless of the outcome. Overall, I’d recommend the process to other candidates.
