Entretien
The process was pretty straightforward and smooth. Applied via LinkedIn in mid February, 2019. Received an invitation for phone interview after few weeks. Got a good impression about the company during the interview. I was invited for a remote technical interview couple of weeks after the phone interview. The interview was with the team members comprising technical questions (mostly related to previous work experience) and online coding assessment. End of April I was invited for an on-site interview at ZooPlus HQ in Munich. On site interview was for half a day including a non-technical and a technical session, also getting around the work place and lunch with team. Flight trips and stay in Munich for onsite interview were reimbursed.
The whole process was pretty straightforward, smooth and professional. Interviewers were very friendly.

Question 1
Understanding of relevant tools, technologies and frameworks
Live-coding session. Design Web Shop, from design to implementation. In addition to that they were asked general questions regarding java and programming. There were very nice people. Recommend doing it.

Entretien
3 stages of interview.
1) Phone screening talk with engineers, talk about prev experience, discussion about some problems and their solutions.
2) Onsite talk about algo, data structures. Average complexity of questions.
3) Onsite talk with HR and site manager, with a focus on behavioral questions.
