Initial round with recruiter and a technical screen with a dev . After that you will be scheduled for a panel interview which is 4 rounds with dev, architect, lead and director They have no clue what they need . They have this opening for 6 months now and they just cant close the position as they don't know what they need. I would suggest potential candidates not to waste their time interviewing here. Absolute waste of time.

They asked good questions and focused on the people management. The Interview I had that was the professional one was in a architectural overview and knowledge of what a software Engineering Manager is required to know and has the ability to keep learning.
