Overall it appeared a little unorganized and my main recruiter contact ended up leaving her position and didn't proactively reach out to me during a pivotal time late in the process. I performed a role play too and invested a lot of time preparing, even sending follow up videos thanking the folks involved and never received an acknowledgment.
