Was a really strange and frustrating process. Applied online and had a great discovery call with the recruiter. Told me I would be sent a Cognitive Assessment (should've been the first red flag) and after results would be scheduled for an interview with Manager. Passed assessment and then was given a link for availability for interview for the following 3 days. Submitted immediately and then never heard back from recruiter about scheduled. Emailed 2x and then got a phone call on my cell saying ANOTHER assessment was needed before moving forward. Assessment sent on a Saturday night, didn't take it over the weekend and then get an automated email Monday saying that I was no longer in consideration.
