Entretien
The interview process started with the general phone call with a team member from DiscoverOrg, following that was a more detailed phone interview and then an offer to come on site for an interview. The onsite interview was more detailed and involved standard interview questions as well as a mock sales scenario. After that there was a video interview where you spoke with another employee of the company who got more detailed but was more or less the same interview questions. Later that afternoon I was given an offer.

Entretien
Applied on ZoomInfo's careers site, got a call from Luke P. (amazing guy, super energetic) and I guess I did great as he scheduled the interview with the managers by the end of that same call. Couple days later I interviewed with two managers, Meghan M. and Mike M. (also super cool down-to-earth people, interesting interview), and got the call with the offer 15 minutes after it.

Tell me about your background outside of work, what motivates you, hobbies, etcetera, who are you as a person
I highly recommend you get McKenzie Griffin. She was incredible. Her communication was top-notch. She went above and beyond to ensure the candidate felt ready and prepared. One of the best Recruiters I have ever encountered.
First interview is an introduction. Second is a formal interview with a little role play. You will be expected to know what they do? You will also need to be able to sell to them.
