J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ZoomInfo (Vancouver, WA) en juin 2014
Entretien
I applied online, and had a initial screening call out of the blue - which surprised me as I was not prepared to give a spontaneous 20 min interview. Immediately after, I was invited in to interview with the Department Director. Two weeks later, I was invited to meet with the CEO and the employee I was replacing (moved out of state). Henry was straight to the point, and although he was very friendly, he was all business and established the level of professionalism I now associate with DiscoverOrg. I was then invited in for a trial period, and was offered the job right away.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez ZoomInfo (Waltham, MA) en févr. 2014
Entretien
The interview process at ZoomInfo was extremely organized, which showed my time was well respected. After I submitted my resume, a recruiter reached out to me to set up a phone interview/screening. After that, she reached back out to me in a timely manner to set up an onsite interview. The interview took about two hours, and I met one on one with some of the members of the marketing team. During my interview I felt like I was able to have a conversation and discuss my strengths, instead of being grilled like I had been during several other interviews.

Question 1
There were no difficult or unexpected questions (to be fair though, I was overly prepared. My goal was to never be caught off-guard and I put hours into my preparation).
