I had a pre screening interview with a recruiter from the US, who said that she will send my cv to the manager to verify my experience and continue with the process. then I had another screening with another recruiter who was only reading all the questions for me and asking most of the time about how do I collaborate under pressure, which was a really bad sign for me, she end up telling me the same as the first recruiter about sending my cv to the manager which resulted in a rejection saying that the manager and the team won’t progress with the application. I really feel it like a waste of time going on the same process twice

First recruiter call which was professional, then interview with hiring manager which was also professional he knows what he talking about and he was very nice to me. Then the magic happens and the second interview round was with 3 different team members; the first one was with Security Manager(He was nice and professional but security-related questions were hard for the QA role). The second one was with a QA guy, he was in the China team and he wasn't speaking English. He types some verbal questions over char, he didn't open the camera, he didn't ask me any coding or QA-related questions. After 15 minutes we start interviewing someone else suddenly jump the conversation and he said he is a developer and he will be translating the questions. After the second guy joins the call they were laughing frequently(I don't know why). They even ask my salary expectation during technical interviews which were very unprofessional. I don't even think they listen to my answers, mics are close and they were replying to my questions after waiting at least 45 seconds :) The third one was with PM and he was nice.
