This is the 2nd time I get recruited to interview with zoom within the year and both times the hiring managers are unprofessional, while they are interested in continuing the discussions neither replied to my follow up emails. If that's how they act during an interview, I can't imagine the possibility of potentially reporting to either one

Interview questions were very generic and a big disappointing. As much as they are evaluating my performance, I also evaluate their personality and management style based on the questions. Biggest deal closed? typical sales cycle? why did/didn't you hit your number within a given quarter?

Recruiter reached out a week after submitting my resume. Call with recruiter went well, claimed they were pushing my resume on the next round and that i'd hear more within 2-3 days. From there, radio silence for over a week and I had to reach out to the recruiter to hear that they weren't moving forward.

Several interviews-- and a presentation. Felt a bit like a mens club and withdrew after several interviews. The Zoom boom is over. I get the feeling that the put a lot of pressure on their employees when the job market is simply changed from covid times.
