It was way to long, I was referred by one of their partners back in March, had to wait for the new director to start, had a good meeting with him and he talked with a few partners about me (I have over 20 years of experience) I was told that I had to meet with HR before they can offer me the position, took a while to meet with one, they they said there is another which took a while again, then another one, then after 6 months I was advised by another HR person they decided to go with another candidate, which surprised me because the chosen one didn't have the same experience , success or your partners references as I have.
