i had the pre screening interview with the recruitment person from Zoom then the interview with the hiring manager Jon Hanson and the feedback given was not justified , the hiring manager said i would want to move to another position quickly which i think it totally not true. i am very disappointed with that feedback that is totally subjective

Everything was smooth until the final round (out of 4 interviews). I was ghosted and I had to f/u with HR to see if there was a decision and they told me they decided to move forward with the other applicant. If I never f/u, they will just ghosted me.
Please respect candidate's time and update them accordingly, specially when they made it to the last round and are waiting for your response. Also, 4 interviews is excessive (HR, Manager, team member and Director).

Five step process with the team, leadership, and HR. Positive experience, transparency, and relevant questions were asked. Over prepared for it. Overall, good experience with the team and the process was smooth

The process was set up by Zoom's AI virtual assistant, Zoe. It was super easy to book my time and the coordination process was seamless. It was by far my easiest and most convenient interview process in terms of scheduling/time.
