The person who interviewed me was very clear on the role and expectations of the responsibilities and salary range. The role I interviewed was more junior for my experience, however the interview was impressed with my experience and mentioned that they will be in touch in future if a more senior role is available

Pretty simple process, phone screen with recruiter, interview with manager, sales presentation with manager and peer manager, casual interview with VP. They have a helpful scheduling tool to submit times you are available and they use that to schedule each next step quickly.
