I spoke to the recruiter, the hiring manager, and a number of stakeholders in the process. Each person described their perspective on the role and what skills they thought the ideal candidate would possess. Although they was some differences in their descriptions, the strategic requirements were well aligned. What struck me as most positive was the positive attitude and energy of all of the people I spoke with. Also, major kudos to recruiting who did an excellent job communicating through the process.
