Initial with HR ,then with hiring , then with hiring manager's managers. Duration takes really long almost a month to set up all the interviews. Interview is about 45mins each with many situational scenarios case. It went all well but then HR went on silence after that too. No follow up at all. Reached out to ask for the updates but receive none. Thats quite unprofessional...Understanding that they are growing at a fast pace but is only courtesy to update candidates even if they want to reject you. Thought it went well but since the ghosting.. is really a waste of time right here!

Everything was smooth until the final round (out of 4 interviews). I was ghosted and I had to f/u with HR to see if there was a decision and they told me they decided to move forward with the other applicant. If I never f/u, they will just ghosted me. Please respect candidate's time and update them accordingly, specially when they made it to the last round and are waiting for your response. Also, 4 interviews is excessive (HR, Manager, team member and Director).
