Short, in-person conversation with their recruiter at a job fair, who fast-tracked an interview. Interviewed in the morning and was given an offer that afternoon. 30 minute interview was on a Friday and my interviewers were dressed down. About half of the interview was them describing the position in more detail. They mostly wanted to know about my most recent work experience and experience in working with enterprise level clients. No curveball questions.
