I responded to a job board posting that Human Resources followed up by contacting a prior employee of both Zondervan and my prior company. I was contacted for a 30 minute telephone interview and then invited for an on-site interview with 9 managers followed by a dinner meeting with the CFO. A job offer followed 2 days later. The corporate culture in the Finance team was very intense and hard working including regular 48-52 hour work weeks. Other functional areas had lesser hours and deliverable requirements.
