Zoho Corporation interview process usually consists of multiple rounds designed to evaluate technical knowledge, aptitude, communication, and problem-solving ability. The first round is often an aptitude or written test containing logical reasoning, programming, and analytical questions. Candidates who clear it attend technical interviews where concepts like Java, databases, web development, coding, and projects are discussed. Interviewers may ask candidates to write programs and explain their approach. The HR round checks communication skills, confidence, teamwork, and career goals. Some roles may include advanced coding or managerial discussions before the final selection and job offer.
The interview process started with an online MCQ assessment covering aptitude, logical reasoning, and basic programming concepts. Candidates who cleared the test were shortlisted for a coding round with problem-solving questions. This was followed by a technical interview focusing on data structures, algorithms, and projects, and finally an HR discussion about background, communication, and cultural fit.
