It happened very quickly. I submitted an application and got an email back within an hour. I guess they were desperate? The interviewer asked me several questions related to my race, age and gender which were illegal. He also cussed and told me that several of his current employees had "mental health issues". All of that was the red flag for me. I did not pursue the job.
