The interview process was in-depth and insightful. ZHI seemed like they wanted to ensure the culture and specific position were a good fit for everyone involved (including me). After an initial phone interview, I met with four people in person and one via Skype, each in 1:1 interviews. They bypassed the standard interview questions and focused more hypothetical scenarios, analysis of past experiences , and a presentation. This allowed for productive dialogue during the interviews as opposed to a standard question-and-answer format.
Overall, the process was positive, organized and transparent.
