I had an intro call with the recruiter followed by a coding assessment. After passing the coding assessment, I was asked to do two live coding interviews and a design interview. After finishing these interviews, I got positive feedback from the recruiter and was told there would be a final interview with a senior level director. The final interview never happened. I followed up multiple times without a response. I was pretty disappointed that after hearing positive feedback throughout the interview process, I was ghosted. If the company had already filled the role or changed their mind, it would have been nice to at least get a courtesy email letting me know, but that did not happen. Overall, while I really enjoyed speaking with everyone at the company, I didn't appreciate the lack of communication or transparency, especially after spending hours interviewing.

1. Applied online. 2. Call with the recruiter. He was nice and told me about the company, at the end, he asked me to create a PPT/confluence or just notes regarding my past experiences or projects for the next round. 3. Had the next round with the manager. It was a 45mins scheduled call but the manager spoke for 25mins regarding the company and what his team does (complete details) before we even started the PPT. After 5mins of explaining, (I still had 5 more slides to cover) he just said that's good. Do you have any questions for me? and wrapped up the call. Found it totally weird. Got the reject email a week from that call.
