I submitted an application to Zing and soon after received a phone call from one of their software engineers who interviewed me over the phone and asked some technical questions. I then found out I had passed that stage and was invited to complete a simple technical test that was emailed to me. After submitting that, I was invited to the assessment centre where I was interviewed by two senior software engineers. There was another simple technical test and a group activity involving building a JavaScript front end to test how you work in groups.
