Applied online via LinkedIn. The recruiter contacted me to schedule a screening interview, which took only 10 minutes because the role was not a match. The recruiter is likely seasoned in recruiting technical talent, not customer engagement/advocacy roles. I did not appreciate being grilled about employment gaps. It's not the 1980's and the job market and right to work laws mean lack of steady employment should not be held against candidates.
