Pathetic interview process .
1.First round Telephonic
2.Give some assignment(Do the Assignment offline)
3. In person interview (from your resume projects- more than 1 hours)
4. Then at last they will ask you java technical Question(More than 1 hours)
5.HR will update you(And Hr will never update you)
After 3-4 rounds of interview recruiter not able to update the interview status. Zimbra(Synacore) is not looking like an IT company . It's candidate normal rights to know the interview status but I don't know what is stopping them to to give the status.
