      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zilo International Group

      The most unorganised company. I had to chase up for a confirmation for the first round. The HR manager was nice and warm. I managed to pass this round which was just a conversation based on my experience and what the job entails. The second round consisted of a presentation about yourself. I was on a call with the another member who was based on another company. He did not look interested and didn't say goodbye. I was told I will be updated regardless of the outcome. However, I was ghosted and I even I sent an email to follow up. Zilo need to be more emphatic that it takes a lot of time and emotions to prepare for an interview. The amount to time to create a presentation and to present this and then not to bother contacting the candidate is unprofessional and unkind.

The interview structure and expectations were clearly communicated in advance, and while we understand that not every experience aligns with individual preferences, our team follows well-defined protocols. Your claim of being "ghosted" is inaccurate, as our records indicate that follow-ups were handled appropriately. While we welcome constructive feedback, we do not accept false or misleading statements about our company. We take professionalism seriously and expect the same level of respect in return.
