Awful, they ghost candidates that they are actually interested in. Poor return from the recruiting team. They set up interviews and do not call you. I felt disrespected. They do not know what the process actually looks like.

1st round Recruiter call ,followed by Hiring manager call followed by 5 one on one interviews with leads from the team and other teams, very conversational in nature with a series of questions as starting points.

I thought the phone screen and interview with the hiring manager went well until I received a very odd email from a different recruiter I haven't had any previous contact with.
They said that someone I have yet to be introduced to was out and to make sure I got notified that they were moving forward with other candidates. They didn't get a lot of feedback and to not delay in letting me know until this person got back.
I have zero insight into who this person is other than someone of seniority that potentially was going to interview me in the next round. Seems like a rushed process if someone on PTO is making these kinds of decisions with confusing communications from different people.
