Spoke with recruiting team, they were great and accommodating. Set up a portfolio review with one of the design managers, this is where things went bad. She stopped paying attention to what I was saying as soon as I started presenting my projects. She was on her secondary screen the whole time, I even had to ask her if she had any questions because she looked/felt so disconnected. At which point she asked very generic questions that don't get asked until someone is done presenting. Felt like a complete waste of time, don't waste interviews time if you really don't think they will be a good fit from the get-go. Don't know what might have contributed to this but if someone from the team is reading this, you really need to up your interviewing portfolio review practice.
