Applied online, got an email from a recruiter asking some basic questions. Was then asked to speak with a recruiter over the phone, which led to a video interview. The video interview was horrible. While taking into your computer screen, you attempt to answer questions the program throws at you. There is none of the natural flow of conversation that you get on the phone or in person. You're forced to answer the questions with almost no prep time. Overall, the process was sluggish, with poor communication from their HR department. The process felt bloated, anonymous, and I got the impression that their recruiters were talking to an extremely high number of people. They bill themselves as a start-up, but they act the complete opposite.
