      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Zillow (Irvine, CA) en mars 2020

      Entretien

      I have to start by saying the Recruiter was amazing personable, professional, accessible with a sense of humor, He is great at what he does., I had a phone interview with The recruiter., then an online interview thru Blue Jeans with a new Mgr hired from Loan Depot. Let’s just say it was an awkward, dry, cocky, uncomfortable interview. There was not an ounce of humor. I was not given his undivided attention. The complete time he was on his laptop typing., and he didn’t mention that he would be typing up notes from my interview. So I took it as I was getting blown off, but I still remained professional. He asked one question thru out my 20 min quick interview, as I was doing most of the talking. I asked him, can you tell me; the direction the Company is going in the near future, he says as he is typing on his laptop the whole time. I’m not sure I understand your question., that was my clue as to the outcome of my interview. He wasn’t paying attention and didn’t care too. He never answered my question. He proceeded to keep saying he is only looking for Top Producers the best of the best that are making $200-$300k., that her just hired the Top MLO from Mr Cooper. Clearly that had nothing to do with my interview. I felt that to be condescending as he clearly didn’t feel, I was at that level. But clearly I could have provided documents to show this., if given the chance. I just left Loan Depot late last year, so I clearly have the same background as this new Mgr. that was hired from Loan Depot to Manage the Irvine location., matter of fact I have more experience in the Industry., based off his LinkedIn profile. From my past experience with Loan Depot the Sales Managers, at Loan Depot do not do there own interviewing but recruiting & Upper Management.
