it started with an online application, then I received an email from a recruiter, a phone call a marketing strategy recruiter (phones-screening) and then another interview with an higher level team member.

Was contacted by a recruiter who then set up an interview with one of their marketing managers. He was not aware that I had not applied but was contacted, which I found a bit strange
