There are usually 2-3 interviews that you have to go through, one or two with either a shift lead/assistant manager, and the last one is conducted by the store manager. They take you into the back office and sit you down at the desk. Dress is pretty informal, and interviewers are just wearing everyday clothing. Each interview is usually done in about 15-20 minutes. The interview process is very easy, just the number of interviews it takes seems tedious (especially because I was asked the same questions in all three of my interviews.)

I was asked to come in and sit with the store's executive manager, a really nice guy named Mike. The entire interview lasted roughly 15 or 20 minutes and was very casual and flowed more like a conversation than the standard, question-answer format of most interviews, which was an admittedly nice change of pace from other, more serious interviews I'd done in the past.
