No real process. Just the Commercial Manager telling me how good he thought he was while trying to see down my shirt. No real probing questions other than what you would expect. Seemed to be more interested in trying to get information about my previous employers customers. Asked if I was going to bring a copy of my previous employers customer information and account details if I was offered the role.
