1 Round - HR round ( Contains Situation based questions to assess the personality and traits) . Answer normally else they twist you badly

Question 1
Gave a situation and asked how and what decision would you take and they were seeking me to give them structured approach to solve and get out of the situation
There was an initial phone screening round which was followed by a machine coding round for frontend development. The interviewer felt extremely inexperienced and was probably gone in between the session. I kept asking if anyone was available, and there was no reply. There were no hints or peer coding and rather more of a just give me the exact solution format.

Machine coding for frontend round was the initial process
first coding round, problems are moderate top tough level. got 3 questions - one is moderate and using stack, another question merge intervals , 3rd question is on dynamic programming. only few students single digit people are selected for interview after exam.
