Standard process (phone+Zoom+home assignment+ call simulation + in-person interviews with team). I was highly impressed by the team's transparency about the process, culture, and expectations, and it was a pleasure communicating with them on a professional and personal level. I just started working there and feel very fortunate!

I had a great interview experience with Zesty. The team was incredibly responsive and kept things moving quickly. After every step, they proactively asked for feedback, which made the process feel thoughtful and candidate-focused. Everyone I interacted with was kind, professional, and genuinely pleasant to speak with.

Entretien
Long, but ultimately satisfied with the result. Got the offer and accepted, really looking forward to starting there. Challenging, but not ridiculous. A lot of due diligence on their end. Management didn't sugar coat the issues, but still got a great feeling about the place.
