They didn’t have a clear interview process at all. They have a HR system but no actual HR. Will have you create a campaign plan as a project. Do not get back to you about. No real feedback. And then just say that they chose another candidate. That was only because I followed up asking for feedback. I hope as they grow they actually get an interview process.
