      TLDR: 1. Initial screening 2. Technical assessment 3. Final - Whiteboarding(simple scenario) - Commitment session/culture fit Long version: I recently completed an interview experience with ZEPZ that pleasantly surprised me. Initially, after reading some previous reviews, I had reservations, but I'm glad I decided to proceed with the process. I feel compelled to share my positive experience for the benefit of anyone considering interviewing with them or just for prosperity's sake. The interview process consisted of three steps. Firstly, there was an initial screening, followed by a technical assessment. The final step included a whiteboarding session and a commitment/culture fit evaluation. Right from the beginning, ZEPZ impressed me with their efficiency. The entire process, from application to receiving the interview results, took only one week. During the initial screening they had promised a quick turnaround(2-3weeks) and this confirmation demonstrated their respect for candidates' time and their dedication to a smooth recruitment process. Throughout the process, Rita and Poloko were incredibly responsive. They promptly addressed all my inquiries and provided the information I needed. I felt well-supported and well-informed at every step. The feedback I received was close to immediate, allowing me to gain valuable insights into my performance. Even when they didn't have all the answers, they swiftly connected me with the appropriate individuals who could provide the necessary information. This level of attentiveness showcased their commitment to transparency and delivering a comprehensive interview experience. What stood out the most was the human-centered approach ZEPZ embraced. I genuinely felt like I was interacting with individuals who valued meaningful connections, rather than treating the process as a mere formality. It made the experience friendly, comfortable, and refreshing. Having had such a positive experience, I highly recommend considering ZEPZ as an employer of choice. Despite any reservations one may have had due to previous reviews, my interview experience was nothing short of exceptional. If you're considering interviewing with ZEPZ, I encourage you to give it a chance. The efficient process, responsive interviewers, and human touch make it an opportunity worth exploring. Good luck!
