Truly pathetic experience! I haven't personally witnessed or even heard of such unprofessional behaviour! The offer discussion happened over phone and everything was agreed but the offer was never released. I tried contacting the HR and even the Technical Manager, but to no avail. The worst possible experience as I resigned based on the verbal agreement. Thank God I got an offer from a "professional" organization soon after. I would, personally, never recommend Zephyr to anybody. Horrible! Absolutely terrible! The first round was telephonic and technical in nature. I was called for the F2F rounds after almost 2-3 weeks post the telephonic discussion. The next three rounds all happened on the same day at their office and were technical in nature. I was informed the following week that I would be offered the job, which "thankfully" never happened!
