Extremely unprofessional. I had a first interview, and was a bit shocked to see that her English was at an entry level...to say the least. However, with this red flag in mind, I presented them with the salary range I wanted and everything seemed fine. I was invited for the second interview, but guess what? I got the meeting canceled 2 days prior to that with a note saying my financial expectations exceeded their capabilities. Not even an email? Nor a reply to my email asking for details? I see they have a pattern of changing their mind mid-hiring, based on other reviews here. I think this is a big red flag, so be extra careful with them.
