The first round was well-organized, and the interviewer asked relevant, thoughtful questions that gave me the opportunity to showcase my skills. I appreciated their professionalism and knowledge.
However, in the second technical round, the experience was less consistent. The interviewer seemed less familiar with the topics, and some of the questions felt basic and unrelated to the expected level of expertise for the role. I believe a more targeted set of questions aligned with the role's requirements would provide a clearer understanding of a candidate's capabilities and allow for a more productive discussion.
