I got call from recruting firm on behalf of zensar. They initially asked me my expectation and i clearly mentioned expected CTC and they agreed and so given 2 round technical interview at i cleared both of them then HR round happened as usual started manipulating me for salary negotiations that we never quoted you and all sorts of things and on dicussion we agreed on some amount but after that two weeks passed no offer/ no response and they given feedback to recruiter saying CTC is very high cant process offer letter.. So my genuine question is that why dont you guys take first round of salary dicussion and then go for technical round you are wasting our valuable time amd also feeling bad to interviewer who also find time out from his/her daily work for interviews. For all of candidate i will suggest do not waste time with zensar. Funfact: while coming here to give review i found many similar reviews for zensar and all are very recent
